Aegean Village Hotel is an original accommodation complex in the heart of the old town. Its most unique feature is the aged lemon tree orchard around which all rooms are set. The street in front is quiet with a free parking space. The prices are reasonable and the reception staff is friendly and willing to give you all information as well as assistance you might need. Pets are welcome, prior notification is necessary. The Village has 24 units in total, including apartments for 2-5 persons with private entrance and shaded veranda opening to the yard. They are spacious, 45m² big, divided into 2 rooms: a private bedroom for two persons and a living room with comfortable built-in sofas that can be used as beds for 2 of the guests. In the same room there is a kitchen corner, refrigerator and dining table.
The studios for 2-4 persons consist of one room, 25m² big, with wooden beds, cooking facilities and private balcony opening to the garden or with view to the street. Finally, Aegean Village offers simple double rooms with private balcony. All types of accommo- dation offer air-condition, refrigerator and phone. There is daily cleaning service, sheets and towels are changed every 4 days.

Aegean Village Hotel is located in the historical center of Parikia's old town. In a couple of minutes you reach the main Market Street and the Byzantine church of Ekatontapiliani. In 5 minutes on foot you get to the Frankish Castle, art galleries, the seafront road, the port and the boat taxis. In less than 10 min. you reach two of the main beaches, the clubbing area and the central bus station. Special discounts of 10 - 20 % for 2010, depending on type of accommodation and period of stay.
